*INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEPARTMENTS*

1. *_HR_* -

Duration - 6 months

Recruitment, interviewing, handling candidates, handling departments

2.  _*Sales and Marketing*_

Duration - 3months

Generate funds for the organisation to support the needy, collaboration with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc

3. _*Social Media Marketing*_ :

Duration - 3 months

Eligibility- They should own an account on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

Work - They need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about aashman, make their voice reach to masses using social media

4. _*Video Editor*_

Duration -30 days

A person must be professional and should be aware of all the editings done in the video.

5. _*Fundraising*_

Duration - 45 days

In case of fundraising person must be energetic and ready to connect with new individuals as well as institutional organisations, need to support organisation in running campaigns with monetary as well as in-kind support, for example, if milk donation drive is going on then he should be the first one to spread this to people in City through all platforms of social media or over phone calls, and he can bring cash support or milk support to the needed ones. Means he must be told how to do the establishment of communication and achieve the desired outcome.

6. _*YOUTH Mediathon*_

Duration - 6 months

KRA

1. Intern has to make videos on projects

2. Success stories would be displayed as a project

3. Responsible to maintain data for weekly, fortnight, monthly report in work update magazine.

4. Smart and small blogs would be required

5. Need to connect with social influencers for social networking

7. _*Graphic design*_

Duration- 3 months

They need to make graphics - posters, videos etc for digital platforms using their creative skills
