DANCING MAKES YOU FEEL ALIVE

Dancing is always fun. Everyone loves dancing. Be it any event or function and don't forget the wedding, everyone loves dancing at these events. Even wait for it. Well, it's not even bad to dance or pour your heart out like this. You are even helping yourself. Everything has some benefits so has dancing. Dancing is of many types like many Jazz, belly, hip-hop and ballet etc. So many artists out there who proved themselves as the master of dancing. Apart from all this, as I mentioned  earlier that it helps us alot in many ways.

Here, I am listing some-
1. First of all, it helps in weight management. What else do you need now?? :P
2. Helps in improving muscle tone and strength. 
3. This one's common like helps in improving mental functioning. Like if you dance for about 1-2 hr so how can expect to have any mental disorder :p
4. In increasing physical confidence.
5. Alsoooooo, helps in improving the condition of your heart and lungs.
Okay!!  Fine. Dance like this is your last day on this beautiful earth. :p
